BATCHING WITH NINJODO'
This bonus tutorial was extracted from our training program The Pointy End. What’s that? While the Recipe is largely about Marketing (with a bit about Sales), the Pointy End is largely about Sales (with a bit about Marketing). It’s about the ‘pointy end’ of the funnel. It’s about the last mile, the close, where the rubber hits the road.
In this bonus tutorial, Pointy End co-creator Simon Ogilvie-Lee talks about BATCHING EMAILS for the purposes of sending a checklist.
But, remember, this is just a template.
Update to reflect your own circumstances.
“I’ve been thinking about you…”
“Can I get your help with something…”
“Your brain totally gets me excited…”
“I really need your input…”
“I’ll be meeting with my editorial panel.”
“I’ll be meeting with my Board.”
“I’ll be meeting with my Advisory Panel.”
“I’ll be meeting with key staff.”
“And, naturally, I want to find out which topics are of the absolute most importance to you.”
“And, naturally, I want to find out what business challenges and obstacles are holding you back.”
[Do NOT use the word ‘survey’ in the headline or body copy.]
