#1. GIFT:
What’s a good idea for you? Could you offer an ebook? A template? Offer a Quiz or Diagnostic? What could you offer to get someone ‘in the door’?
#2. TRIPWIRE:
Could you offer a scaled back version of your main product or service? Maybe you could sell a digital product – productize your knowledge? Or could you perhaps package up a ‘sales meeting’ as a product?
#3. CORE:
Remember, what you now consider to be your CORE product or service might actually be a CONTINUITY product? Does it require an ongoing commitment? How could you make it a ‘stand alone’ product or service?
#4. CONTINUITY:
What could you offer as an ongoing service? What does a ‘recurring revenue product’ look like in your industry?
Getting started is more important than getting it perfect.
